An infusion of citrus cane sugar, cucumber, pink & black peppercorns, mint and lime. Designed with the gin lover in mind, but equally as good with the spirit of your choice. The cucumber is much more subtle than the chemical-flavoured tonics so doesn't smack you in the face and detract from the quality of the gin. The cucumber sits in the background allowing the nasal warmth of the peppercorms to come through. The longer the infusion, the more robust the flavour.
