An infusion of vanilla cane sugar, cinnamon, cloves, ginger, all spice berries, nutmeg and oranges . This infusion work well with a range of white and dark spirits and even red wine, in fact it can turn a cheap bottle in to a flavoursome masterpiece!
 
We've tested extensively to find the right balance between these powerful flavours and found the sweetness of the orange brought all the flavours down several levels to please the palate. Great with a dark rum on those cold winter nights!
